Does it seem like you are stuck in a loop, with the same worries, the same frustrations, or the same arguments? Evidence-informed therapy can help you move forward in a positive direction. Even slight shifts can have big returns for your quality of life.
My therapeutic style is person-centered supported by extensive research related to implementing concrete positive personal or relationship changes. I am a trained mediator with additional training in conflict-resolution, trauma, post-traumatic growth, and family dynamics. Concepts I use include cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, dialectical behavioral and narrative therapies. Each model includes tools to modify patterns of negative thinking.
Our work together may include related outside resources to help facilitate change (workbooks, readings, logs, etc.) I am currently accepting new clients for online sessions. Options include individual sessions, couples, families, other household configurations, and groups.
