Are you plagued with constant negative thoughts? Finding it difficult to concentrate or make even the smallest decisions? Do you feel like you are in a fog and lose track of time or find yourself on autopilot?
If some of these questions seem all too familiar, don’t panic there is hope…
I have a passion for working with individuals who have lost their drive, that fire and sense of hope that makes life exciting and worthwhile. I would like to help you move forward to find that spark deep inside that’s desperate to break free.
I will tailor the counseling experience to meet your specific needs and unique personality. I believe every individual deserves to be happy and feel fulfilled. Learning the right skills and more helpful and realistic ways of thinking can be the difference between staying stuck and moving forward. So, I will work in collaboration with you to identify problematic areas and help you achieve your personal goals.
