Seeking guidance and support demonstrates a variety of strengths including self-awareness, vulnerability, advocacy, and trust. When combined with other therapeutic interventions, these same skills can be incredibly helpful in managing stress, strengthening coping skills, and reducing anxiety. Drawing from a variety of theories and perspectives, therapy can provide you with concrete, tangible tools and techniques to navigate life’s journey. Old habits die hard and it can be challenging to wrestle with those. You don’t have to do it alone. We can work together to create an effective new philosophy. Are you ready to rumble?
