Deciding to enter therapy is often a brave investment toward your own personal growth. As a therapist, I strive to meet each individual where they are in their journey. We are a sum of our parts and should be treated as such. I implement a holistic approach with a focus in being present and mindful of our here and now. I am an avid traveler, seeking adventure and leaning towards curiosity whenever given the chance. In the therapeutic process, I offer to be your guide on this adventure to work toward your personal goals. We may even discover new goals along the way!
I earned my Masters in Counseling from Northwestern University, where I received training in psychodynamic theory. I completed my graduate clinical training at Plumeria Counseling Center and have been a member of the American Counseling Association since 2016. I have experience working with women, men, couples and groups. In addition to the private practice setting, I have worked in hospice care, inpatient psychiatric care, outpatient partial hospitalization, and case management in the community mental health setting. I look forward to meeting with you!
