Have you ever felt like you’re living a story someone else wrote for you? Maybe you’re stuck in patterns that don’t serve you anymore, or you’re struggling to make sense of the chapters you’ve already lived. Therapy offers a chance to pause, examine what’s beneath the surface, and intentionally author the life you want to live.

What I love most about therapy is that it creates space to explore—to really understand why we think, feel, and do the things we do. Once we have that understanding, we can make conscious choices about what comes next rather than being swept along by old patterns. As both a therapist and a writer, I’ve always been drawn to the power of narrative—how the stories we tell ourselves shape our reality, and how changing the story can change everything. I see therapy as a place where you can slow down long enough to read what you’ve been writing, understand the themes that keep appearing, and consciously decide what comes next. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that have been directing your life and create space for more intentional authorship. You’re not just reacting to the story as it unfolds; you’re actively shaping it.

I work from a psychodynamic and relational perspective, helping you make meaningful connections between your past and present so you can move forward with greater awareness and choice. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that you already hold the wisdom you need—sometimes you just need someone to help you find it. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and identity exploration.

I earned my LMSW from the University of Texas at Austin and have experience working with individuals in crisis, survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, immigrant populations, and individuals experiencing loss, grief, and life transitions. When I’m not in session, you can find me reading, writing, exploring the outdoors, traveling, or spending time with my family.

It takes courage to seek support, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you write the next chapter of your life.
