Laurie received her Master’s degree from Texas Tech University. She has worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, and sibling groups in a variety of settings.

Laurie strives to create a safe and supportive environment and believes in establishing a positive and collaborative relationship with her clients. She believes that each person’s journey is unique and will assist her clients with the necessary tools to use their own personal strengths to identify goals and will encourage and empower them to take charge of their own thoughts and behaviors in order to achieve personal growth and lead healthier lives.

Laurie welcomes all ages, families, and couples in the areas of insomnia, sleep disorders, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, adjustment issues, stress management, conflict, life transitions, abandonment issues, relationship issues, parenting stress, and healthy family dynamics.
