Life has a way of throwing challenges at us when we least expect them. I believe therapy can be a place to find clarity, healing, and hope—a space where you can set down what you’ve been carrying and begin creating a life that feels more balanced, connected, and meaningful.
My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and authenticity. I believe every person has a unique story, and there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing. Together, we’ll explore the experiences that have shaped you, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and build practical tools to help you move forward with confidence. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel empowered to grow at your own pace.
I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling from West Texas A&M University, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based, client-centered care. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of diverse clinical settings, including serving the unhoused population in Austin, supporting survivors of trauma and domestic violence, and working with children with autism. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to providing trauma-informed care that honors each person’s resilience while recognizing the challenges they’ve faced.
Outside of the therapy room, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband and our two dogs, fostering dogs in need, getting lost in a good book, hiking local trails, or enjoying time in nature. I believe the small moments—fresh air, meaningful connections, and caring for others—have a way of restoring us, and I strive to bring that same sense of presence and compassion into my work with every client.
Reaching out for support can feel like one of the hardest steps, but it can also be the beginning of meaningful change. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you as you heal, grow, and build a life that reflects your strengths, values, and goals.
