I care about helping people break cycles, reconnect with themselves, and build lives that feel
more aligned and less performative. That work isn’t always pretty.
Showing up counts. Effort counts. You don’t have to come in perfect to be here. If all you’ve got
is “I’m here and I’m trying,” that’s enough. You get to come in numb, anxious, figuring it out,
hopeful, unsure. It all gets to come into our space.
I practice what I encourage. Therapy for myself is a non-negotiable. It keeps me present and
intentional so I can sit with you fully.
As a Latina and the first in my immediate family to earn a college degree, I understand how
culture, expectations, and unspoken pressures shape how we move through the world. I also
understand how systemic barriers and life stressors can make growth feel complicated.
Relationships with your kids, partner, family, friends, even yourself can carry layers of
responsibility. I hold space for how heavy that can feel.
I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker in Texas. My background includes caregiving and
teaching, supporting older adults through YAI, and crisis intervention with Crisis Text Line.
These experiences shaped my trauma-informed and relational lens.
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and real. My approach is deeply relational. I draw from
CBT, DBT, family systems, attachment-based, and nervous-system informed work. I’m here to
walk alongside you as you reconnect to yourself.
A little about me: I’m a mother and have lived experience navigating military-related transitions.
In my free time I gravitate toward slower moments I like to walk trails with my family, try new
coffee or food spots, read, binge watch a good show or curl up with a blanket and a film that
makes me tear up at the small, joyful scenes. I value connection, reflection, and honesty, and I
bring that same presence into this work.
