Whether you’re seeking support for personal growth, relationship issues, or trauma recovery, I am here to accompany you on your path towards greater well-being. I believe in the power of therapy to transform lives and am honored to be part of your journey. I have a deep dedication to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and expertise. My therapeutic approach blends solutions focused with a deep respect for each client’s unique journey. I am committed to creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where healing can flourish.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Our Lady of The Lady University. With a comprehensive background spanning hospice care, Child Protective Services (CPS), intensive case management, domestic violence intervention, advanced directives, and parenting coaching I bring over 10 + years of dedicated experience in supporting individuals and families through challenging life transitions. In my role at Child Protective Services (CPS), I provided services to safeguarding the welfare and rights of children and families in crisis. I have a proven track record of effectively managing complex cases, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and advocating for the best interests of children and families in crisis. This translates to my work with adult children with mental illness, and helping their families navigate crises and work toward interdependence and wholeness.

In my role as a hospice social worker, I provide empathetic counseling to individuals facing terminal illness, focusing on addressing grief, facilitating emotional healing, and enhancing quality of life during end-of-life stages.  Driven by a passion for helping individuals and families navigate complex life transitions, I am committed to fostering resilience, promoting healing, and empowering clients to achieve meaningful change in their lives. I have lived in Houston since 2008 and enjoy the culture and environment. When I’m not working, I love to travel, spend time with family, and try new foods.

I am a Board Approved Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Texas, and I am also credentialed as a Certified Case Manager (CCM).
